The consortium
The consortium brings together three entities: bañulsdesign, which leads and coordinates the programme, Observatoire PELAGIS (La Rochelle Université / CNRS) for the monitoring of marine mammal populations, and the PLATON team (Inria / École polytechnique) for the mathematical modelling.
